Update to version 1.1!

Most significantly, the addition of a second page. The goal of the new content is to include a bunch of (optional) tools and advice to make running the game easier for GMs. The first page still stands alone without it, but the second page should hopefully make the experience smoother and more complete. It includes:

• Health Bar Optional Rule
• Enemy Generator
• Path Generator
• Magic Items Table
• Loot the Body Table

Less significantly, some minor formatting fixes for the first page.
