The Beta is the work in progress next big update for Brighter Worlds. The intent is to make this a “feature complete” update, after which nothing major will be added or changed, just tweaks, polish, and fixes.

Of note there’s an intro adventure: Unfinished Business on there, along with 3rd Party Licensing info if anyone wants to use Brighter Worlds as a base for anything else.

I’ve also enabled the Forums option on the itch page, to hopefully provide a better location to give feedback or share play reports than just a big list of comments.
